First, get the LH down so well that you can talk to someone or watch something while it's happening. This is removing all conscious interference. Then, play one note or chord on only beat. Stay in one key first. Then add two. Then three. Try different LH patterns. Eventually, once you've mastered each stage, bit by bit, you'll be amazed how easily you can do it.
